Shipping Methods and Charges
⦁ All Shipping costs provided online are  based on weight + size + area to ship + method of shipping + type of shipping + type of carrier , Rural/remote areas may have higher shipping costs and please note that any orders to PO Boxes may only be sent via Canada Post. If the Canada Post option does not display during checkout please contact us as your shipment may be too heavy to be sent via normal courier.

⦁ Customer is responsible for all shipping +  duty charges + custom clearance + taxes  ( if any )
⦁ We are using  Canada Post & purolater Courier for ALL orders.

We will ship merchandise within one business day of receiving your order + Payment . An order can be delayed for missing information such as incorrect shipping address or invalid/incorrect credit card number etc.. In case of missing information customer are responsible to pay for shipping charges + return to base charges ( if any ) , their will also apply restock fees according to method .

Returns & Damages
If you receive your shipment and there is visible damage on the outside of the boxes it was shipped in, tell the courier you want to decline the shipment due to excessive damage. If you accept the delivery where there are clear signs of outward damage to the shipping boxes, you may not be able to make a claim through the automatic insurance included with each shipment. If you decline a delivery, please inform us by responding to your Order Confirmation email. Declining the delivery will send the shipment back . If you pick up from specified location , return right that time on their
If your item is returnable, we’ll give you a return authorization number.
Return your item within 4 calendar days of receiving your authorization number. It will need to be unopened in its original, unmarked wrapping.
Be sure to include receipt.

 Buyers have to accept the product delivery. If anyway buyer not accept delivery, Then their claim is not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. At the time of receive of delivery IF buyer found any product packing damage or missing quantity , In this case Buyers ( Customers) must inform us immediately with solid proof in mode of Pictures & videoes . We want be transparent for Buyer and also for sellers too. ( make a clear video at the time of opening tha package, We will use it as proof) We may investigate and resolve the situation. Please contact us immediately with issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number.
Customer's responsibility
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of the We accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Buyers account. Buyers have to return product/item with original packaging. If the product being returned is not in accordance with the our parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from Tejkart or Seller.
If buyers or sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, In this case we are not binding for return policy. We can refuse return or rfund request anyway. We will block or suspend that Seller or Buyer Account. We will always offer the best solution for our customers.
